REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must have 6 or more units completed
2. Cumulative 2.5 GPA or better
3. Currently enrolled in 6 or more units
4. Applicant must have prior volunteer or community service experience
5. Recipient must be returning to Shasta College next Spring
6. I understand ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS must be met at time of application and when funds are to be disbursed

APPLICATION SCORES WILL BE BASED ON:
1. Community Service and Prior Volunteer Work
2. General Application essay responses
3. Academic and Career Goals essay response
