Addiction Studies majors

REQUIREMENTS
1. Open to new and returning students.
2. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
3. Currently enrolled in 6 or more units
4. Must have 6 or more units completed
5. Recipient must be returning to Shasta College next fall
6. I understand ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS must be met at time of application and when funds are to be disbursed

APPLICATION SCORES WILL BE BASED ON:
1. Academic and Career Goals essay response
2. General Application essay responses
3. Community Service
