REQUIREMENTS:
1. Cumulative 3.0 GPA or better
2. Applicant must be completing the fourth semester of A.D.N. Program (REGN 45, 46, 47, 45P, 46P, 47P) and graduating Shasta College this semester
3. Must be transferring next academic year to a 4-year school in at least a BSN (Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing) with the goal to be a nurse practitioner
4. Interview may be required
5. Recipient must be transferring to a 4-year school next Fall
6. I understand ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS must be met at time of application and when funds are to be disbursed

APPLICATION SCORES WILL BE BASED ON:
1. General Application essay responses
2. Cumulative GPA
3. Letters of Recommendation
