Shasta College Math Faculty Achievement

Open to All majors

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must have 12 units completed
2. Cumulative 3.0 GPA or better
3. Currently enrolled in 12 or more units
4. Must have completed either a) 6 units or more of transfer level math at Shasta College OR b) 3 units of transfer level math completed at Shasta College and be currently enrolled in a 3 unit transfer level math class at Shasta College
5. Recipient will be asked to contribute to the Math Achievement Scholarship or other scholarship at another institution when he/she is financially able
6. Recipient must be transferring to a 4-year school next Fall
7. I understand: ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET AT TIME OF APPLICATION AND AT TIME FUNDS ARE TO BE PAID
