REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must have 12 units completed
2. Cumulative 2.75 GPA or better
3. Currently enrolled in 6 or more units
4. Must have previously graduated from either Trinity or Hayfork High School
5. Recipient must be transferring to a University of California or California State College campus next Fall
6. I understand ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS must be met at time of application and when funds are to be disbursed
