Mike Evans Nursing

Nurse Assistant/Home Health Aide (NA/HHA), Vocational Nurse (VN), Associate Degree of Nursing (ADN) or pre-requisites for the ADN program, Medical Assisting (MA)

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Applicants must currently or previously employed in an entry-level healthcare position looking to pursue higher education.
2. Must be returning to Shasta College next semester or completing their certificate/degree
3. Currently enrolled in 6 or more units
4. Have not previously been awarded the Mike Evans Nursing Scholarship
5. Can provide at least one reference from a supervisor / employer in the healthcare industry.
6. I understand ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS must be met at time of application and when funds are to be disbursed
