Open to Dental Hygiene majors

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Open to new and returning students
2. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
3. Must be enrolled in 6 or more units
4. Applicant must be returning to Shasta College next semester
5. Must have a financial need
6. Previous recipients are not eligible
7. I understand ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS must be met at time of application and when funds are to be disbursed

APPLICATION SCORES WILL BE BASED ON:
1. Career/academic goals
2. Community Service
3. GPA
4. General Application responses
