REQUIREMENTS:
1. Applicant must be currently enrolled in the 2nd year A.D.N. program (REGN 35, 35P, 36, 36P, 45, 45P 46, 46P, 47, 47P)
2. Cumulative 3.0 GPA or better
3. Must demonstrate a desire to remain in the Redding area after graduation
4. Recipient must be returning to Shasta College next Fall
5. I understand ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS must be met at time of application and when funds are to be disbursed

APPLICATION SCORES WILL BE BASED ON:
1. Intention to stay in the Redding area
2. Cumulative GPA
3. General Application essay responses
