1. Applicant must be a returning 2nd year A.D.N. student (REGN 35, 36, 37, 35P, 36P, 37P, 45, 46, 47, 45P, 46P, 47P)
2. Cumulative 3.0 GPA or better
3. Currently enrolled in 12 units or more
4. Must be between 17-25 years of age
5. Recipient must be returning to Shasta College next Spring
6. I understand ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS must be met at time of application and when funds are to be disbursed
APPLICATION SCORES WILL BE BASED ON:
1. Financial Need
2. Cumulative GPA
3. General Application essay responses
4. Preference: Applicant without children will receive additional points
