4. Recipient must be transferring to a 4-year school next Fall and next Spring
5. I understand ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS must be met at time of application and when funds are to be disbursed

2. General Application essay responses
3. Preference: Northern California Co. Resident students will receive additional points
