REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must have 24 college units completed
2. Cumulative 3.0 GPA or more
3. Recipient must be attending either Shasta College or a 4-year university next Spring
4. I understand ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS must be met at time of application and when funds are to be disbursed
