REQUIREMENTS:
1. Open to new and returning students
2. Cumulative 3.0 GPA or better
3. Applicant must have one (1) or more dependent children
4. Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident (also known as a “green card” holder authorized to live lawfully in the U.S.)
5. Recipient must be attending Shasta College or a 4-year university next Spring
6. I understand ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS must be met at time of application and when funds are to be disbursed

2. Financial Need
3. Cumulative GPA
