REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must have 24 units completed
2. Cumulative 2.0 GPA or better
3. Must be a sophomore football player who is graduating from Shasta College this semester
4. Recipient must be transferring to a 4-year school next Fall
5. I understand ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS must be met at time of application and when funds are to be disbursed

1. Educational Plan essay
2. Financial Need
3. Cumulative GPA
4. General Application essay responses
