Phi Theta Kappa - Beta Mu Mu Silver Service Award

Open to All majors

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must have 12 units completed
2. Cumulative 3.5 GPA or better
3. Currently enrolled in 6 or more units
4. Applicant must be an active member of the Beta Mu Mu Chapter at the time of the application
5. Must attend five (5) meetings per semester (may be via Zoom)
6. Must have participated in a minimum of three (3) on campus events
7. Must have participated in a minimum of one (1) on community event
8. Open to high school seniors graduating from a high school located within the Shasta-Tehama-Trinity Community College District.
9. Recipient must be either returning to Shasta College or transferring to a 4-year school next Fall
10. I understand: ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET AT TIME OF APPLICATION AND AT TIME FUNDS ARE TO BE PAID
