The ACE Program at Shasta College

The ACE Program at Shasta College allows busy adults to make full-time progress toward their Associate degree or certificate by taking compressed, 8-week classes that follow a structured schedule (limited in-person meetings and online). Terri Trimeloni Schindler was a Shasta College staff member who decided to pursue her Associate degree at the age of 54. She was part of the first cohort of ACE students and unexpectedly passed away two days before the end of her last class. She was awarded her degree based on her completed coursework. She was incredibly supportive of other students in the program and was loved by her many family members, friends, and colleagues.
